As a Quotes Administrator at ORIX, you'll play a crucial role in creating accurate client quotes, managing requests, and supporting seamless service delivery.
INCLUDED IN WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Create accurate and timely quotes and requotes. Manage contract changes for all asset types. Work closely with Relationship Managers, Sales, and other teams to deliver seamless service. Cross-train and backfill roles as needed, ensuring continuity and supporting your team. Contribute insights on pricing, requoting, and contract modifications to monthly reports. Respond to pricing-related requests providing clear and timely communication. WHAT YOU HAVE:
Minimum of 1 years' experience in an office environment. A proactive mindset and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Strong organisational skills. A customer-focused approach with a drive to deliver results.
