Organisational Development Business Partner . Located in Macquarie Park 12 Month Fixed Term Contract Hybrid Working In this pivotal role, you'll design and implement innovative initiatives that enhance organisational performance, develop employee capability, and promote diversity and inclusion. As a champion of positive change, you'll lead key People & Culture projects, including a cutting-edge HRIS implementation, while equipping leaders and employees to thrive in a continuously evolving workplace.
INCLUDED IN WHAT YOU'LL DO: Design and deliver organisational development initiatives to build a high-performance culture. Partner with leaders to enhance employee engagement, champion diversity & inclusion, and improve the employee experience. Develop and implement learning solutions using modern technologies, including eLearning platforms. Establish frameworks for first-time leaders and build tailored development plans for high-potential employees. Lead the Diversity & Inclusion strategy, embedding it across the organisation. Project manage and ensure the effective implementation of HRIS and other People & Culture initiatives. Guide leaders and teams through change management plans to ensure seamless adoption of new ways of working. Maintain onboarding and induction programs to create a welcoming and consistent employee experience. WHAT YOU HAVE: 8+ years' experiencein organisational development, HR business partnering, and change management. Expertise in designing learning solutions, including using eLearning and webinar technologies. Strong communication, collaboration, and facilitation skills with a service-oriented mindset. A Certificate IV in Training & Development (or equivalent) is highly desirable. A natural collaborator and influencer who builds trust across all levels of the organisation.
