Business Fleet Customer Manager (0-30 Cars) . Located in Macquarie Park Hybrid Working Step into the driver's seat as our Business Fleet Customers Manager and lead the charge in growing ORIX's small business (0-30 asset) portfolio! You'll inspire a high-performing team, rev up sales through innovative digital and traditional channels, and fine-tune processes to make life easier for our customers. INCLUDED IN WHAT YOU'LL DO: Manage and mentor a team of Business Fleet Specialists, fostering a high-performance culture focused on customer satisfaction and portfolio growth. Drive sales of ORIX's leasing and lending solutions through traditional channels and our cutting-edge VOOM platform. Design and implement systems and processes to enhance efficiency, automate lead management, and empower customers to self-serve. Define seamless customer journeys, automate touchpoints using Salesforce, and develop self-help resources like videos and guides. Partner with cross-functional teams to develop solutions, create compelling marketing narratives, and ensure competitive pricing. Uphold ORIX's commitment to ethical conduct, professional standards, and adherence to relevant legislation. WHAT YOU HAVE: Solid knowledge of fleet services. Minimum 3 years' experience in Business Sales or Relationship Management within Financial Services. In-depth knowledge of financial products, including finance leasing, operating leasing, Commercial Hire Purchase, and Chattel Mortgage. A proven track record in managing account management teams to deliver exceptional results. Demonstrated success in selling leasing and lending products to new clients. Strong commercial and strategic thinking with expertise in financial solutions, asset finance, fleet management, or mobility. Ability to create and implement systems that enhance efficiency and scalability. Expertise in crafting communications and tools that empower customers to self-serve.
