About the Engagement: We are seeking a skilled Siebel Developer to join our team.
You will work with Siebel applications, including Siebel Open UI (IP18 onwards), Siebel EAI, Siebel EIM, Siebel eScripts, Web Services, and MS SQL Database, as well as experience with CTI, BIP, and Siebel deployments on both on-prem and cloud environments.
In this role, you will work on various Siebel configurations and integrations to deliver business-critical solutions.
You will collaborate with both technical and business teams, perform troubleshooting, and optimize Siebel system performance.
Key Responsibilities: Configure and develop Siebel Open UI (IP18 onwards) solutions to meet business requirements.
Integrate Siebel with third-party applications using Siebel EAI and Siebel EIM.
Develop Siebel eScripts to automate and streamline workflows.
Work with Web Services for system integrations.
Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure smooth integration of Siebel with existing systems.
Perform system testing, debugging, and performance optimization on Siebel applications.
Troubleshoot and resolve Siebel application issues.
Ensure CTI integrations and BIP reports function effectively.
Manage Siebel hosted on both on-prem and cloud environments.
Provide technical support and solutions to business challenges.
Skills & Experience Required: Proven experience with Siebel Open UI (IP18 onwards), Siebel EAI, Siebel EIM, Siebel eScripts, and Web Services.
Strong proficiency in MS SQL Database and SQL querying.
Hands-on experience with CTI, BIP, and Siebel configurations in both on-prem and cloud environments.
Experience in Siebel application customization, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
Knowledge of Siebel architecture and integration patterns.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
Desirable Skills: Experience with Siebel upgrades and migrations.
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Experience in Siebel Analytics or reporting.
Security Clearance: The candidate must hold an AGSVA Baseline to NV2 security clearance or be eligible to obtain one.
