Siam Lead

Location : Canberra only. Contract : 12-month contract with 2x12 month extension. Eligibility: Australian citizenship and an active Baseline security clearance is required. Flexible working arrangements, (WFH 2 days per week) About the opportunity: The SIAM Bundle Lead is tasked with contributing to the Department's forthcoming Service Integration and Management strategy and taking the lead on any future procurement processes for these services. You will lead a leveraged team of technical, commercial, and service delivery specialists, including the SIAM SME, to deliver assigned outcomes. Responsibilities: • Define, scope and manage the delivery of assigned outcomes. • Ensure appropriate levels of engagement are being undertaken with existing IT service management teams. • Ensure that the Department's future people, process and technology requirements for SIAM are identified, documented and addressed. • Work with all relevant stakeholders to develop any approach to market documentation for SIAM. • Undertake, as necessary, research and investigation into modern ICT services, practices and delivery models. To be successful in this role, you will have demonstrated the following experience: 1. Implementing SIAM services across large scale ICT delivery environments including within Government. 2. Implementing large scale Government ICT outsourcing arrangements, requirements development, tender evaluation, contract negotiation, and service implementation. 3. With service management and enterprise operational toolsets and solutions. 4. Strong delivery, stakeholder engagement, and change management skills. 5. Contemporary SIAM and ITIL Service Management services and operating models. 6. Other contemporary development and service delivery frameworks and models such as DevSecOps and SAFe. 7. Public cloud toolsets and solutions. 8. Enterprise operations toolsets and solutions, including application performance monitoring.
