Shutdown Supervisor - Ongoing Shutdowns

The Service Supervisor role manages and leads the service team to ensure optimal shutdown service for our clients.
This is achieved through ensuring full compliance with our clients and their customers' policies and procedures along with efficient practices of their service teams in accordance with our client's internal governance and best practice.

This role is accountable for the successful onsite mobilisation and shutdown activities including management of the service team in condition monitoring and field servicing and recognising the benefits and opportunities associated with safety, teamwork and sharing of knowledge and expertise.

The role is a key liaison between the customer and our client, providing outstanding and regular communication to all stakeholders.

Responsibilities, but not restricted to: Supervise and be accountable for the service teams and ensures performance is in line with company policy, procedures and best practice.
Execution of site work as per approved planning of scope of work specifications.
High quality service documentation to be completed in a timely and accurate manner.
Strong focus on safety and adherence to all our clients and their customers policies & procedures.
Communicating with the associated branch's management team and relevant stakeholders to ensure they remain fully informed of all significant occurrences in relation to the onsite service function.
Ensure any breaches of our clients Core Values and/or policies and procedures are addressed pursuant to our client's disciplinary procedure.
To have sufficient understanding of the equipment as well as other systems and our maintenance strategies to always provide the best quality service to their customers.
To always communicate professionally with their clientele and have the knowledge to deliver feedback and recommendations regarding the equipment and service of screen media systems.
Attend client meetings when required with BDM and management to discuss our client's equipment and services.
Contribute to a positive work environment that reflects the Core Values of our client.
Requirements S26 qualification (Preferred) Minimum of 3 years supervising shutdown teams on mine sites Current Drivers Licence Working at Heights Confined Spaces Able to travel frequently to manage service teams on shutdowns National Police Check Able to pass a full medical and DAS #J-18808-Ljbffr
