If you're ready to shape your future and make an exciting mark in the mining industry, this is the opportunity you've been waiting for.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with the Scheduling, Planning, and Execution team to coordinate personnel, equipment, and resources for Shutdowns.Manage the detailed delivery of resourcing and equipment requirements to our vendor partners.Schedule and coordinate support services and equipment on-site during shutdowns.Ensure on-site facilities are maintained and prepared for each shutdown.Process all purchase order service entry sheets.Plan and coordinate resources efficiently to create optimal outcomes while meeting relevant KPIs.Liaise with key internal and external stakeholders to deliver accurate information and facilitate efficient planning outcomes, including contractor movements.Develop and maintain accurate budget estimates, timesheets, purchase orders, and invoices.Qualifications and ExperienceRelevant mine site experience and exposure to shutdown processes.SAP experience is highly advantageous.Microsoft Excel experience is highly advantageous.Exceptional time management and organizational abilities.The ability to maintain a high level of attention to detail while working in a fast-paced and changing environment.The capability to create and maintain strong interpersonal relationships with key stakeholders.Our CommitmentFortescue celebrates individual strengths and team members are encouraged to bring their whole selves to work.
