What's in it for youConsistent calendar of shutdownsFIFO and DIDO opportunitiesCompetitive ratesGreat sporting facilities on-siteExperienced leadership team on-siteOpportunity for career progression and trainingAccess to EAP services Key ingredients to ensure success in the role:Adhere to the agreed roster and present fit for work.Confidently read, comprehend, and execute work instructions, ensuring the consistent quality and reliability of all plant and equipment.Be safety conscious and comply with Company and Client OH&S policies and procedures.Choose appropriate rigging equipment based on the weight and dimensions of components to be installed.Align, level, and secure steel members, pipe spools, and mechanical equipment as required.Utilise rigging lines and pulling gear to transport or provide support for heavy equipment.Conduct quarterly inspections and tagging of rigging equipment, ensuring compliance with safety standards.Maintain a clean safe working environment.Assemble crawler cranes and adjust crane boom configuration if required.Participate and/or lead dual crane lifts.Establish rigging configurations in accordance with lift studies. Essential Requirements for role:Demonstrated commitment to safety.Minimum of 12 months continuous experience as a Rigger, ideally in mining or a similar industry.Basic (conditions apply) Intermediate/Advanced Rigging Ticket.Elevated Work Platform.Construction White Card.Confined Space (within 2 years as it is a site requirement).Working at Heights (within 2 years as it is a site requirement).High-Risk License - RB, RI or RA.Mask Fit Testing.Valid Australian Drivers License.Unlimited Australian Work Rights.
