About our Opportunity Our onsite Showroom at our Ormeau manufacturing facility is scouting for a Showroom Trade Sales Consultant to join our sales team.
You will be presenting a modern diverse product range, offering assistance and providing technical product advice and solutions to potential and existing customers from builders, developers, trades and residential customers.
You will be the first point of contact for any visitors with window and door product enquiries, as well as managing email and web leads, phone enquiries and scheduling client appointments, providing an exceptional level of service to our customers within the home renovation market and new-build market looking for your expert advice and service.
Responsibilities include: plan take offs, estimating and preparing quotations servicing customer quote and order enquiries updating leads progress in CRM related sales administration About You Ideally we're looking for someone who's had exposure to selling products in a customer-facing role in a consultative selling environment.
You must enjoy interacting with a variety of customers who come from both retail and trade, understanding their needs and present them with solutions, and have the self confidence and maturity to build working relationships.
You need to have a keenness to learn and willingness to soak up as much knowledge as possible with a good attitude to participate in our extensive training, we are prepared to invest in you!
You need to have a strong service ethos, thrive in engaging with people, be self-motivated, agile, enthusiastic and customer-focused, as key to success in this role.
You will have: exposure to building industry in particular windows would be highly advantageous previous exposure or ability to quickly gain competency with our CRM SAP excellent interpersonal & communication skills, a strong work ethic professional and manage self well in a busy showroom environment desire and ability to develop technical product, industry and standards knowledge ability to commit to a full-time role Mon - Fri, currently the hours are 7:30am - 3:30pm however we can be flexible to adjust the start and finish times About the Benefits We will provide you with the required training and you will enjoy continued support from our experienced team.
