We have an exciting opportunity for a Full Time Sales Representative – based at our Taren Point office. You will play a pivotal role in the customer selection process for appliances & fittings.
Your duties include but are not limited to:
Liaising with clients to organise their showroom appointment Consultation with the client regarding their product selections Prepare product proposals once clients have made their selections Provide feedback to team members to improve client service provision and satisfaction Liaise with other department heads and colleagues The successful applicant will possess:
2 - 3 years' experience in similar field Knowledge of plumbing products & kitchen appliances Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with people on all levels An ongoing commitment to providing outstanding customer service Superb organisational skills with the ability to manage workload and prioritise tasks Superior data entry accuracy with an eye for detail Intermediate computer skills Problem solving and the ability to think on your feet The ability to think outside the square If you are keen, motivated and willing to contribute to a successful team, then we look forward to hearing from you.
