Position Overview:We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Showroom Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales, friendly, and dedicated to providing an exceptional customer experience. You will be responsible for assisting customers in finding the perfect flooring, carpet, or blinds for their needs, keeping accurate customer records, and maintaining an organized and clean showroom.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers with a friendly, welcoming attitude and provide personalized assistance.
Confidently sell our range of flooring, carpet, and blind products.
Engage customers by understanding their needs and offering tailored product recommendations.
Take detailed customer information, maintaining records of customer visits, products of interest, and any samples taken.
Record and manage customer selections, noting preferences for flooring, carpet, and blinds, and ensuring order information is accurate.
Maintain an organized, clean, and visually appealing showroom environment.
Handle customer inquiries and provide detailed information about product features, pricing, and benefits.
Process payment transactions.
Deliver excellent customer service.
Requirements:
Previous experience in sales, preferably in flooring, carpets, or blinds (preferred but not essential).
Friendly, approachable personality with strong communication skills.
Enthusiastic and motivated, with a positive attitude towards work and a willingness to learn.
Ability to keep organized, detailed records of customer information and showroom activity.
Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on meeting customer needs and ensuring satisfaction.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean and tidy showroom.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
