Reporting directly to the MD, you must possess exceptional communication, people management, administration, and team management skills, along with great energy and a hands-on attitude!Qualifications3 or more years of experience in retail management, showroom operations, or related field.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and staff.Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful sales and service strategies.Ability to manage and motivate your team to achieve sales goals and meet operational objectives.Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with an ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.An analytical mind with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering a high level of customer satisfaction.Experience in kitchenware is an advantage.Must have legal right to work in Australia.
