Your day-to-day will include: Hosting dynamic training sessions to ensure your team stays ahead of the gameCollaborating with the marketing team to execute innovative in-store promotionsDriving team performance to exceed sales and KPI targetsFull store level financial managementOngoing Sales and Product trainingYou You must have prior experience managing a fast paced, high performing team, preferably within the home improvement or luxury goods space.
