We are seeking a sales-orientated Showroom Manager to lead our high-performing team in Bankstown.
As the manager, you will drive sales, promote a high-performing and collaborative culture, and ensure the showroom is maintained to the highest of standards. 
About you:  Demonstrate a proven track record in selling high value items.Be driven to succeed, competitive, ambitious, and self-motivated,Lead a successful team of Sales Consultants to drive our brand.Be available to work every weekend being our most critical and busy days.Immaculately presented, suitable for a high-end showroom environment.Have exceptional leadership and motivational skills to be able to drive sales outcomes with every team member.Experience managing a Retail Sales team and increasing sales performance. About the role:  Maximise sales opportunities while providing an excellent standard of customer service at all times.Providing exceptional product knowledge and offering solutions to customers' furnishing needs.Leading a team to successfully achieve KPIs on daily & weekly targetsTraining and coaching new and existing staff as well as constantly developing your team.Following up on customer inquiries, solving problems, maintaining strong customer relationships, and providing great aftercare service.Please note people only with the right to work in Australia should apply.
