About the Job: We are seeking a friendly, professional, and reliable individual to join our team as a Showroom Attendant / Receptionist & Office Administrator. This is a full-time role based in our Carlton showroom, where you will be the first point of contact for clients, handle customer service inquiries, and assist with various office duties.
Key Responsibilities: Welcome clients to our showroom and provide a positive experienceRespond to customer service inquiries in a timely and professional mannerManage incoming calls and emails, providing clear and helpful communicationPerform general office administrative tasks as requiredMaintain a clean and organized showroom environmentThe ideal candidate will: Be dependable and punctualHave excellent customer service and communication skillsDemonstrate a professional appearance and demeanorPossess strong typing and computer skillsBe proactive and eager to learn new tasks and skillsNo prior experience in the stone industry is required. We are happy to provide on-the-job training for the right candidate. About Us: Our company has been in the stone business since 1987 and we take pride in the fabrication and installation of a large selection of stone products both in domestic and commercial applications.
