Trayne Consulting are currently recruiting Showerscreen Installers to work for our very busy national client.
These roles will see you installing framed and frameless shower screens, mirrors and glass splash backs into residential homes across SE QLD.
With a local presence and home base on the Northern Gold Coast corridor, you will cover works from Northern NSW up to North Lakes and West to Ipswich.
This is an exciting opportunity for those with a Glazier, Showerscreen Installer or similar trade background, or handyperson with relevant experience, who is looking to grow your business whilst reaping all the benefits of subcontracting to this well-established national organisation.
This role will predominantly see you working in residential homes as well as interacting with retail customers; thus, customer service is imperative to make a good impression with every interaction with the clients.
To be considered for this Sub Contractor opportunity, you must be able to demonstrate relevant experience, have a focus on customer service, quality, and OH&S, and ensure maximum productivity in all tasks relating to these jobs.
Please note this role will require you to lift heavy materials up to 2nd level floors on a regular basis to enable you to do installations.

You will need to have: Pty Ltd Company Registration or ABN (sole trader) Relevant insurances, such as Personal Accident Insurance / Workers Compensation; Public Liability Insurance; Comprehensive Motor Vehicle Insurance Construction Induction White Card Valid Australian Driver's License Clean Valid Police Check Your own late model long wheel based van - such as a Hi Ace Van (that can carry material min 2.8 m in length) or suitable work vehicle and trailer with appropriate frame to carry glass in the trailer Your own tools required to do this work With long term opportunities, this role will provide continual training to those whose goal is to grow their business and learn how to install a wider range of products, in turn maximising your potential earnings.
All successful candidates will have to undertake a health assessment as well as drug and alcohol screening.
