Mining - Engineering & Maintenance (Mining, Resources & Energy) Full time Working in the Projects shutdown team, an opportunity exists for a dynamic & skilled Project Engineer who has experience working with Draglines and Shovels to demonstrate their skills and to continue to grow with the Field Mining Services (FMS) Group. Taking ownership of the project, this position will follow the project from initial tendering all the way through to project closeout. You will be responsible for: Providing onsite Project Engineering support including cost control, Gantt updates, QA management, and technical engineering support.Providing office-based (Mackay) Project Engineering support including quoting, tendering, building Gantt charts, pad layouts, lift planning & technical engineering support.Contributing to winning & successfully executing projects.About You Degree in Mechanical EngineeringProject Engineering experience & a desire to build your skills in the project space.Ability to perform basic engineering calculations.Demonstrated conceptual, analytical and collaborative skills including the ability to solve complex problems.Well-developed computer skills including the use of word processing, MS Project and spreadsheets.Solid interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.About Us FMS Group has been on a journey since establishing in 2005 as CQ Field Mining Services.
