Shotcreter / Grouter / Pump Operator

As the business is expanding their operations, we are seeking motivated individuals to join their dynamic team.
We are currently hiring for the following positions: Shotcreter / Sprayer: Operate shotcrete machines and equipment to apply concrete mixture.
Working alongside Anchoring & Drilling team, prepare surfaces and apply shotcrete according to specifications.
Ensure safety protocols and quality standards are met.
Conduct routine maintenance on equipment.
Experience in shotcrete application preferred.
Strong knowledge of concrete mixing and application techniques.
Ability to work in various environmental conditions.
Grouter: Mix and apply grout for anchoring and stabilisation projects.
Perform quality control checks on grout consistency and application.
Maintain equipment and tools in good working order.
Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely completion.
Previous experience with grouting applications is an asset.
Familiarity with various grouting materials and techniques.
Strong attention to detail and safety.
Concrete Pump Operators (line pump): Operate concrete pumps to transport and pour concrete on job sites.
Set up and dismantle line pump equipment as required.
Ensure safe and efficient pumping operations.
Communicate effectively with site personnel to coordinate operations.
Valid concrete pump operator certification.
Proven experience operating concrete pumps.
Must have an HR licence.
Excellent understanding of safety regulations and protocols.
