What are you going to doThe Shotcrete Supervisor will oversee the shotcrete activities on site, ensuring that all work is carried out safely, efficiently and effectively.Key responsibilities include:Supervising the shotcrete team to ensure they are working to the highest standardsProviding technical guidance and support to the teamEnsuring all shotcrete activities comply with relevant safety and environmental standardsMonitoring and reporting on progress and quality of workIdentifying opportunities for improvement and making recommendations to managementEssential skills and knowledgeList of requirementsThe ideal candidate will have the following qualifications and experience:Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar roleMust have experience in shotcrete operationsRelevant trade qualificationsStrong communication and leadership skillsAbility to work in a remote FIFO locationCompletion of a Pre-employment Medical and Police Check
