Job Description We are looking for a Reception/Administration Assistant to join our onsite centre management team at Traralgon Centre Plaza. This is a fantastic opportunity to utilise your administration and customer service skills in this varied and valued administrative role. Reporting directly to the Administration Manager this role is Part-time (3 days a week), you will be involved in all aspects of office administration, reception, account management and lease administration. Some of the key responsibilities include: Welcome and assist all visitors/contractors entering the office in a friendly and hospitable manner while covering the front desk. Handle administrative tasks for the centre, such as accounts payable, account reconciliation, and rent collection. Manage various lease administration tasks using our property management software. Support the Centre Management team with various ad hoc tasks, including administrative duties, marketing initiatives, and retailer support. Collaborate closely with team members, tenants, contractors, suppliers, and manage customer inquiries effectively. Qualifications The Key skills and experience you will bring to this role will be: Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. Skill and experience in accurate data entry. Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task. Proactive and positive attitude. Previous real estate or shopping centre exposure would be preferable but is not essential. Strong customer service and communications skills.
