About the role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Shopfitter Leading Hand / Site Manager to join our team at WA Fit Out.
This is a full-time role that will play a crucial part in overseeing the successful delivery of our high-quality shopfitting projects.
What you'll be doing Manage and coordinate the daily activities of the shopfitting team on siteOversee the installation of custom-built cabinetry, fixtures, and fittingsEnsure all work is completed to the highest standards and in accordance with plans and specificationsLiaise with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project deliveryProvide regular progress updatesManage workplace health and safety compliance on siteMentor and develop the skills of the shopfitting teamWhat we're looking for Extensive experience (3+ years) as a Shopfitter, with a proven track record of leading and managing teamsExcellent knowledge of shopfitting techniques, materials, and industry standardsStrong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients and the wider project teamExcellent problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesDemonstrated experience in managing workplace health and safetyAbility to work independently and as part of a teamCarpentry or cabinet-making qualificationsWhat we offer
