As a Seasonal Casual Team Member at Shoe Warehouse, you will provide wonderful customer service, ensuring our customers receive the authentic and energetic ambassadorship that we are known for!
In these roles, you:
Sell our product: actively listen and offer suggestions to customers based on their needs; Process sales efficiently and accurately through our system; Support with VM, store cleanliness and a Safety-First culture. ABOUT YOU: What experience, skills and availability do you need? Flexible availability between November 2024-January 2025; A positive and engaging attitude, reliability and passion for providing exceptional customer service; Communication and problem-solving skills; Previous experience in customer service, hospitality or retail are preferred, but not essential.
