What you'll be doing
This is a dynamic and diverse role which is required to deliver a wide range of administrative support to the Shoalhaven Hospital Redevelopment Project team.

The role is pivotal in ensuring the coordination of meetings, internal and external engagement initiatives, and management of communications across the LHD Directorates.

The incumbent requires a high degree of discretion, integrity and confidentiality as well as considerable organisational skills to support the team and project deliverables / milestones.

This is a temporary full time position until 29 March 2026 with the possibility of an extension subject to funding. Selection Criteria Demonstrated experience providing high level administrative support to senior executive and project managers in a complex and dynamic organisation.Ability to work independently and as part of multi-disciplinary team managing competing work priorities including ability to meet strict project timelines and processes.Demonstrated ability for complex problem solving and the ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders to deliver on project requirements.Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills, including an ability to prepare and edit complex reports and project documentation.Need more information?
