About the role
A new role of General Manager – Commercial & Partnerships has been created reporting to the Chief Executive Officer.
The role will lead new revenue generation from corporate donations, corporate partnerships, high net worth individuals, and social enterprise, establishing productive partnerships that drive sustainable growth.
The role will develop and implement a growth strategy that achieves profitable revenue growth and diversification for sustained commercial success.
Leveraging existing and creating new relationships and powerful propositions to engage and secure funding, the appointee will take a lead role in supporting the business with insight and analysis to drive performance, cost control, and risk management.
About you
You are an established senior sales or corporate partnerships leader with extensive experience creating and winning new business in either the not-for-profit or commercial sectors.
A highly motivated self-starter with good networks and demonstrated revenue generation experience, you have the ability to execute and implement change.
Advanced interpersonal and communication skills to clearly articulate ideas, frame challenges, highlight opportunities, and offer solutions are essential.
Your strong negotiation, influencing, analytical, and stakeholder management skills are critical to your success along with an understanding of financial and commercial principles and a strong passion to make an impact in Australian health outcomes.
