Do you have?

Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline or equivalent with strong academic results along with a minimum of 5 years' experience at a leadership and management level either in consulting or as a specialist in a regulatory, development, or ranger emergency management environment.
Proven and significant commercial/business acumen.
Successful track record of delivering major projects within specification, on time and within budget.
Ability to formulate appropriate action strategies to provide high-level advice to the Chief Executive Officer and Council.
Outstanding interpersonal communication, persuasion, problem-solving, and emotional intelligence skills with the adept to direct and influence outcomes.
To be successful in this role, you will have demonstrated and proven capacity to manage complex customer, commercial development and regulatory services issues.
You will have highly developed consultation, negotiation and advocacy skills.
You will have extensive knowledge of market engagement practices and drivers across local government, the public sector and private enterprise.
