Shipping Assistant

Job Responsibilities:Assist Shipping Manager/superior to execute and handle export shipmentsPlan and coordinate the shipment of goods to customers, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of shipmentsLiaise with forwarders on the shipment booking and arrangementPrepare/generate shipping documents, invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificate of origin, and other paperwork related to logistics operationsApply COO and CA with MITILiaise with MOH for related approval and other related partiesLiaise with the customs department for smooth customs clearanceEnsure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies related to shippingMaintain records, including filing K1, K2, shipping documents, tracking information, and proof of deliveryUndertake any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the superior/managerJob Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a SPM, Diploma, or higher in any disciplineMinimum 2 years working experience in manufacturing and handling shipping documentation (export)Good communication skills to liaise with internal and external partiesMust be willing to work in Kampung Baru Sungai BulohHave own transport #J-18808-Ljbffr
