Our call to you
We regularly seek talented solicitors with significant class actions experience to work in our Brisbane, Sydney, and Melbourne offices, where you'll be on the frontline as we doggedly seek justice. Reporting to a Practice Leader, you'll truly champion our clients by:
Working in a team of experienced law clerks and solicitors to prepare matters for conferences and hearings.
Effectively assessing claims, including liability and quantum.
Develop and maintain strong professional working relationships with a range of stakeholders in class actions, including clients and funders, through effective and regular communication and managing clients' expectations.
Take an active role in working with and mentoring law clerks, paralegals, and administrative professionals.

We regularly accept expressions of interest from talented class actions solicitors across Australia where Shine has an office. While our class actions teams mainly work from our Brisbane, Sydney, and Melbourne offices, you will have the opportunity to select the Shine offices that you wish to work in as part of your application.
