From cardboard boxes, water bottles and jam jars to food and beverage cans, we are using recycled content to power Australia and New Zealand's food and beverage packaging industry.Role DetailsBased in Forrestfield (WA), you will be reporting to the Plant Manager.
As a Shift Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing production operations during your shift, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety.
You'll lead a team of skilled operators and technicians, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.What you'll do Supervise and coordinate production activities to meet daily and weekly targets.Lead, motivate, and develop a team of operators, ensuring high performance.Monitor and maintain quality standards, ensuring products meet customer specifications.Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.Troubleshoot production issues, minimizing downtime and maintaining efficiency.Report on production progress, challenges, and solutions to senior management.Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure machines are operating effectively.
What You Will Bring Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably plastics or similar industries.Strong leadership and communication skills.Ability to manage a team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Knowledge of health and safety regulations in manufacturing.Flexibility to work shifts, including nights and weekends.
