We also donate one meal to someone in need for every bowl or burrito bought at Zambrero through our Plate 4 Plate initiative.What you'll doOur Shift Supervisor take pride in preparing and serving fast, fresh, and healthy Mexican food with a smile. As a Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for the effective and efficient running of the day-to-day operations in the restaurant.· Leading the restaurant team in efficient day to day operations· Being a role model for the standards and behaviours consistent with the Zambrero values and culture· Assisting in training, developing, and driving the team to deliver positive and memorable customer experiences· Assisting with hiring new team members and on-boarding them· Assisting in managing the team, including staff performance reviews, and rostering staff· Ensuring food is prepared, presented, and served to the highest standard· Assisting with ordering of stock from various suppliers· Assisting with office administration duties such as paperwork, banking, cash handling, payroll and reviewing policies· Managing daily and weekly cleaning of the production areas, dining room and general restaurant· Assisting with executing marketing promotions· Ensuring safety and security standards are recognised and upheld, and that employees are effectively trained in Workplace Health and SafetyWhat you'll bringWe'd love for you to join us if you've got what we need:· Previous shift supervisor experience· Passionate about our humanitarian values and ready to make a difference· Passionate about building a positive culture within the restaurant– focused on exceptional customer service, working together, helping those in need and making Zambrero an enjoyable place to work.· Ability to speak clearly and listen attentively to both customers and colleagues· Ability to maintain a professional, well-groomed and neat appearance at all times· Ability to multi – task and adapt to changing customer levels as required· Ability to adapt and succeed in a fast-paced environmentWhat we offer· Contribute to fighting world hunger one plate at a time· Grow your career.
