What We Offer: $80,000 - $83,000 per annum + 10% Night Allowance Levin, Manawatu, NZ Night Shift (9:30 PM to 6:00 AM, Monday to Saturday) Discounts on confectionery products On-Site Parking Available About You: Lead a team to meet daily production targets and ensure adherence to 'Right First Time' principles to ensure operational efficiency and profitability and enhance overall productivity and quality Monitor performance and reporting, driving cost efficiency and line effectiveness to ensure resources are used efficiently and to ensure customer satisfaction. Address employee grievances and set clear expectations for performance to enhance accountability and performance. Motivate and develop staff while identifying and addressing skill gaps to ensure the team remains competitive and meets future challenges. Ensure compliance with WHS policies and conduct risk assessments to ensure a safe work environment. Promote a safety-conscious culture and reduce safety incidents to foster a sense of responsibility within the team. Maintain compliance with workplace health and safety standards and drive a safety-first culture to better performance and productivity. What You Need: 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a food manufacturing or FMCG environment. Strong decision-making skills and the ability to motivate and develop your team. Experience with health and safety protocols.
