About This Opportunity

You will be leading and coaching your team and managing their day to day performance and development to ensure all production objectives are achieved. Communication will be key to planning and assisting with the resolution of production problems to ensure a continuous flow of quality product

Ability to work efficiently and effectively with initiative and drive, under tight timescales and pressure whilst maintaining attention to detail and qualityWillingness to learn, improve and adaptStrong leadership and people management skillsExcellent analytical and problem solving skillsCertificate IV in Food Processing preferred
