We are an independent coffee shop in the heart of Salisbury city centre, looking for an additional Shift Leader to join our small team. We all work hard together to provide excellent customer experiences and exceptional coffee. We are looking for someone who can keep up with this standard whilst handling a fast-paced work environment that has a lot of stairs.
This job offers flexibility around our opening times, and we are a close-knit team that supports each other.
Responsibilities: Opening & closing the shop Running the shift Ordering and receiving deliveries Opportunity to develop into higher managerial roles Experience within the industry is preferred but not essential to this role.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: £11.70 per hour
