We offer an excellent remuneration package and benefits above market superannuation, and significant professional development opportunities.The RoleThis challenging role will see you become an integral part of the Mechanical maintenance team responsible for coordinating the return to service of equipment that has failed or is not operating to full capacity. The role covers mechanical aspects of Grinding & Flotation circuits, Fill Plants, Concentrate Filters, Surface Ventilation & refrigeration plants, tailing thickeners & site process water. This is a residential role in Mount Isa, requiring you to work a 7/7 dayshift only roster.The successful candidate will be responsible for:Leading the shift trade crew and maintenance team on weekendsCoordinating & prioritising the return to service of failed equipmentImplementing the work order process as per work management system for reactive maintenance tasksEnsuring correctives are raised within the work management system to prevent reoccurrence of the issueWorking closely with Supervisor, Area Tech officers & reliability engineers to highlight ongoing or emerging risks to plantAfter hours on-call for the blockYou will have the following skillset and attributes:Australian Manual Driver's LicenceTrade qualified Fitter or BoilermakerMinimum 5 years' post trade experience.
