As the Shift Admin & Training Coordinator, you will need an understanding and appreciation of the broader context of the cultural transformation of the company. You will Work in partnership within your shift, the site and wider learning & development community to help to develop a training and development approach that supports our ambition to invest in our Co-Owners, whilst carrying out routine administration related tasks. Key Duties will include but are not limited to. Administration Duties • Preparing, Organizing & Storing vital company documentation in both Digital and Paper form. • Maintaining and updating databases. • Deliver site Inductions for new starters. • Data gathering, analysis & reporting. Monitoring & Reporting • H&S Activities. • Quality Activity. • Delivery activities - OEE Downtime recording. • Cost activities - Booking of Materials, waste reports etc. • People activities – Training compliance etc. Developing and Deliver Training Solutions • Site inductions and facilitation of all mandatory training for new starters. • Embedding and improving probationary materials. • Communicating upcoming training sessions. • Coordinating role relevant training for all employees to make sure they are effective in their respective roles. Improving Training Approaches and Processes • Liaising with Shift Management and Lead Ops to create annual training plans. • Planning new machine training requirements and supporting the production team in training and producing the required documentation including risk assessments. • Share best practice to ensure a consistent approach. • Carry out reviews and audits of observational assessment to determine refresher training needs. Manage Technology - Learning Management Systems • Support all members of staff with recording their own criteria within the LMS system. • Shift point of contact and advanced user of LMS. • Regular communication about Yeo Grow use and adoption. • Collating and feeding into relevant teams on site requirements and support. This Role Follows a 4 on 4 off shift pattern and a weekly paid role. What good looks like for the Role Ability to identify and allocate the required information to create procedures/guides that are understandable and effective for the production operations team & support functions. Proven ability to make decisions and to use your own initiative. Proven ability to be organised and accurate while working in a busy environment. Ability to communicate effectively with all Co-Owners. Proficient using Microsoft Suite. Ability to effectively organize and manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously. Experience of Coaching in a group business setting preferred. Strong understanding of business goals and standards for customer service. Extensive knowledge of best practices in creating training materials. Familiarity with various training methods and techniques. Working knowledge of content development tools and learning management systems. Working knowledge of project management methodologies. Excellent influencing and presentation skills. Qualifications & Experience Essential: Excellent communicator. Adaptable training style to suit specific needs of the employees. Ability to build strong relationships. High attention to detail. Good IT skills: Word, Excel & Outlook. Desirable: Previous manufacturing experience. Operational experience. L3 Education & Training qualification. #J-18808-Ljbffr
