About the Role
Based on-site in Shepparton, the Maintenance Team Leader will lead and guide the maintenance and gardening staff, ensuring smooth daily operations and resolving any unresolved maintenance issues.
You'll oversee onsite projects, essential services, and maintain buildings, plant, and equipment, including minor fabrication tasks.
Additionally, you'll engage and supervise trades and service providers, participate in the On Call roster to provide advice, resolve issues, and respond to emergencies as needed.

Essential Skills And Attributes (Selection Criteria)

A trade certificate (preferable) or extensive practical experience in the building industry.
Experience in leading teams and supervising contractors.
Minimum of 3 years of maintenance experience in a professional setting.
Experience in working with trades and service providers.
Experience in basic carpentry and technical and mechanical aspects of maintenance.
A current Victorian driver's license.
