As we continue to expand, we are looking for a skilled and motivated Sheet Metal Trades Worker to join our team.
Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Sheet Metal Trades Worker to contribute to our shed building projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, and installing sheet metal components for sheds and other metal structures.
Key Responsibilities: Measure, cut, and shape sheet metal to specifications. Assemble and install sheet metal parts for sheds. Operate metalworking machinery such as shears, press brakes, and rollers. Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications. Ensure that all work meets quality standards and complies with safety regulations. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently. Perform regular maintenance on tools and equipment. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Sheet Metal Trades Worker, preferably in shed building. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints. Proficiency in using metalworking tools and machinery. Strong attention to detail and precision. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving skills. Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials. Certification or apprenticeship in sheet metal work is an advantage. Benefits: Competitive salary package. Pay: $26.42 – $45.60 per hour
