About the role: We are seeking an experienced Sheet Metal Fabricator - Welder for our manufacturing site at Wangara, WA duties and responsibilities include:
Welding and fabrication of various worksAluminium, Stainless and Mild steel welding - Mig and Tig.Interpret drawings and specificationsFit and assembly of components into final products by welding, riveting, or otherwise joiningPerforming QA checksPolishes, files, sands, TIG Brush or cleans assembled productsAbout the candidate: Fabrication Trade, Certificate III in Engineering or partially completed a Fabrication ApprenticeshipExcellent fabrication and welding skillsA current Australian Forklift licence is an advantageProven history in operation of a similar role within a manufacturing / fabrication environment.Excellent communication skills required.Must be able to work with minimum supervision.Benefits Training and ongoing supportEmployee Assistance Program incorporating services like Financial Counselling and Nutritional coaching.Company uniform and PPEUnique Laser prides itself on being an equal opportunity employer and is committed to providing a diverse and inclusive workplace.
