Due to rapid growth in the market, Best Sheds are looking to expand our team to keep up with growing demand.The right sales and design professional will be given the opportunity to earn $160K OTE, through uncapped commissions and Salary, whilst working within this fast-paced and positive environment.This will be achieved through warm inbound leads provided by Best Sheds - NO COLD CALLING REQUIRED!Benefits:Potential to earn $160K OTE through base salary and uncapped commissionsYou will be based out of our Lavington officeMust be available to work every Saturday (5-day week roster)Full-time positionGreat culture with a collaborative work environmentWork with an industry leader & well-known brandThe Role:Based in the Lavington showroom, working within a fast-paced, high-energy sales environment90% of your leads will be converted over the phone10% walk-ins and online enquiriesUncapped earning potentialTo be successful in this role you will have:Minimum 3 years of proven sales and/or admin experienceComprehensive computer skills, and the ability to learn and adapt to new technologyDriven and hungry to exceed targetsThe ability to work autonomously as well as part of a teamHighly motivated and driven, self-starters, with a drive to learn and succeed will excel in this role.Must be willing to travel as your initial and ongoing training will be undertaken at our Smeaton Grange and/or Bendigo sites.
