We have an exciting opportunity for a SHEQ Lead to join our high performing Nespresso TQM team located in Rhodes.
We are looking for a passionate and experienced SHEQ Lead who: Will be driving awareness and compliance to Nestle/Nespresso guidelines, standards and Local regulatory requirements relating to Safety, Health, Environment and Quality. Will collaborate with all levels of the organisation to integrate Safety, Health, Environment and Quality into everything we do to maintain consumer trust and preference in the market. Will have a genuine passion to embed a robust safety culture and deliver high quality products & services. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge and experience as a SHEQ Professional with experience rolling out or maintaining Management Systems. Knowledge of Integrated Management Systems (ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and ISO 9001) and Australian/New Zealand Safety, Health & Environment Regulations is essential to be successful in the role. Your responsibilities will include: Implementing corporate SHEQ lead vision and strategy to support commercial objectives. Driving strategic initiatives leading to continuous improvement in SHE & Quality performance. Ensuring that the ISO certified Integrated Management Systems is consistently aligned with local Nestle, HQ and communicated to all relevant stakeholders. Driving the Nespresso SHE strategy in the market including Boutiques, Trade Point of Sales, Events, Service Partners, Warehouses, Outsourced Partners and Offices. Maintaining and improving Nespresso's incident & crisis management system. Manage SHEQ related budget, participate operational planning, dynamic forecasting, PO & Invoice reconciliation activities.
