About the role:
Based at our Group Head Office in Tweed Heads, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our financial and operational success. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you'll take responsibility for financial management, reporting, and strategic support while developing a high-performing team.
Team Leadership: Develop and cultivate skills and a positive culture within a small administration team. Financial Oversight: Process complex transactions across various business entities and group financial reports for stakeholders including budget setting. Operational Management: Oversee AR & AP processes and manage dealership assets. Strategic Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with financiers, manufacturers, and other key business partners. Compliance and Standards: Ensure compliance with tax laws, financial legislation, and manufacturer dealer operating standards. Systems and Projects: Manage dealer information management systems and participate in business performance measurement and project opportunities. About You: Qualifications: Tertiary qualifications required, CPA or studying is highly regarded but is not essential. Supervisory Experience: Previous experience in a supervisory or management role is essential, demonstrating your ability to oversee and guide team performance. Leadership: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to lead, motivate, and support a team effectively. Analytical Skills: Proven organizational and analytical abilities combined with commercial acumen to support strategic decision-making. Problem-Solving: Demonstrated initiative and complex problem-solving skills to identify challenges and implement effective solutions. Industry Knowledge: Prior exposure to dynamic retail environments, with a preference for motor industry experience. What We Offer: A role with scope for growth and development.
