Role Overview
My client, a leading B2C Services Brand, is seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Manager to lead their retention efforts.
The Senior Marketing Manager – Retention will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to retain our existing customers and increase customer loyalty.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of customer behavior, exceptional analytical skills, and a track record of delivering successful retention campaigns.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute retention strategies to increase customer loyalty and reduce churn rate.
Analyze customer behavior data and identify trends to inform retention strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute campaigns across various channels, including email, push notifications, and social media.
Design and execute A/B tests to optimize campaign performance.
Monitor retention metrics and provide regular reporting to stakeholders.
Work closely with product and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
Experience from Big B2C Services like telco, online, retail, entertainment, airline, fintech, and financial services would be ideal.
10 – 15 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on retention.
Strong analytical skills and experience using customer behavior data to inform marketing strategies.
Leadership experience – you are a proven leader.
You know how to lead, motivate, and get the best out of people and you love leading from the front.
Experience developing and executing retention campaigns across various channels.
Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
