Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this role will have responsibility for the AU & NZ Digital & e Commerce function.
This is the ideal opportunity for a strong Digital expert looking to step up or an experienced Digital Marketing Manager seeking a more progressive and innovative working environment working on market leading and challenger brands.
You will be a strategic and technical member of the team who can develop and implement all digital activities to grow and enhance the company's online presence, digital footprint and engagement.
Key Responsibilities Oversee all e Commerce performance for multiple websites and brands.
Lead the development and implementation of the Performance Marketing paid media strategy and plan.
Be the channel expert for all performance media, Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, and Affiliate Marketing and manage budget and KPI targets.
Oversee CRM, Email Marketing and Loyalty for the organisation.
Own the local digital plans, audience recommendations, campaign delivery, optimisation and performance reporting.
Manage their agency to deliver and optimise campaign performance.
Work closely with the brand and product teams to share and leverage learnings/best practice.
Work closely with the Brand team who are responsible for all content creation to ensure efficient campaign message mapping across the different channels and audiences.
Lead, mentor and coach a team of highly engaged digital marketing experts.
Key Skills Required Previous experience in a Digital Marketing role, most favorably in a fast-paced retail or FMCG D2 C environment.
Strong commercial focus to deliver sales results.
Experience with Google Analytics and proven ability to capture and collate data in a presentable and useful way.
Ideally experience of working in a matrix organisation.
A positive, collaborative and solutions-focused attitude.
Ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders locally and globally as well as external suppliers.
