As a SharePoint Engineer at CT, you will play a key role in setting up, managing, and maintaining Microsoft SharePoint to help clients collaborate effectively, share documents, and manage information seamlessly. This role is a 12 month fixed term contract. Requirements What you'll do: Design and implement SharePoint Online solutions, including lists, workflows, discussion boards, and Power Automate processes, to meet business requirements.Configure content types, metadata, and navigation structures for the intranet solution.Build site and page templates to standardise user experience across the intranet.Develop and deploy Viva Connections dashboards and integrate relevant Microsoft 365 applications.Manage content migration processes using tools like ShareGate, including mapping, classification, and delta migration stages.Conduct user testing and feedback sessions for MVP intranet sites.Develop publishing approval workflows using Power Automate for content governance.Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and align intranet capabilities with organisational needs.Facilitate workshops for metadata planning, information architecture, and user personalisation.Implement branding guidelines for site themes, logos, and webparts.Establish governance policies for content management and user access.What you'll bring: Strong expertise in SharePoint Online development, including configuration and customisation of intranet solutions.Demonstrated experience in information architecture design, including metadata, site columns, and navigation planning.Proficiency in migration tools (e.g., ShareGate) and processes for large-scale content transitions.Skilled in Microsoft 365 tools such as Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, and MS Teams.Experience with Viva Connections and building dashboards.Knowledge of records management and compliance standards.Ability to write and execute PowerShell scripts for advanced configurations.Exceptional organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.Proven experience working in a consultancy or client-facing role.Experience implementing and managing role-based or attribute-based access control (RBAC/ABAC) frameworks, ensuring secure and efficient data access governance.Proven ability to generate and analyse data access governance reports, assess access compliance, and recommend improvements to align with organisational policies and security standards.Familiarity with relevant government standards and best practices, including the ASD's blueprint for secure cloud and application and assessment via M365 Desired State ConfigurationBenefits Our company is more than just a workplace, it's a hub of inspiration and creativity where employees love to work!
