Pay rate: $33.95 - $35.58 per hour + super

About your new role
A government agency in NSW is seeking skilled individuals with strong background in call centre and administrative background. Ideal candidates should thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume contact centre environment that is constantly changing and demanding.
Key accountabilities
Provide consistently high-quality customer service by interpreting and resolving first-contact enquiries from internal customers and external vendor, public, and industry enquiries in a fast-paced shared services environment.
Communicate with customers in a courteous and empathetic way, demonstrating a willingness to assist and a commitment to providing high-quality service.
Escalate more complex enquiries and transactions to ensure the timely and effective resolution of issues
Work cooperatively within a team, helping to achieve team objectives by contributing to a team environment of knowledge and information sharing
Process a range of transactions across the service line accurately and efficiently, referencing shared service knowledge articles to ensure the transaction is consistently executed accordingly
to requirements.
What you will need
Admin experience essential and call centre background preferred
Ability to work one of out 2 shifts: 9am to 5pm or 8am to 4pm
Ability to navigate through different web based systems, take incoming calls, invoice look up, investigate issues, enquiries related to payment of invoice, purchase order numbers, workflow
Previous gov experience is preferred but not required
