The Role & Perks:
Manage a small shared services team. Manage the preparation and calculation of monthly payroll. Prepare monthly payroll file, including taxes and superannuation. Manage the end to end Accounts Payable. Manage the AR and payment reconciliations. Transform and lead payroll project implementation. Ensure timely inter-company invoices and account receivables. Manage cashflow during payment runs to prevent overdrawn accounts. Manage end to end procure-to-pay. Manage expense claim system process. Handle banking administration (user setup, profile management). Handle ad hoc payroll payments (terminations, bonuses).
