A brilliant opportunity has become available for a motivated Shared Services Manager to become part of their elite team. As a key report to the Financial Controller, you will oversee the payroll, accounts payable and receivable sectors, with duties that include:
Providing support, mentoring, and managing the performance review process for a dedicated teamHandling the monthly payroll process, including the calculation of payroll tax, PAYG, and superannuation contributions Facilitating the onboarding process for new hires and calculating termination payments when necessaryConducting the annual reconciliation of payroll taxesManaging the accounts payable and receivable function to ensure the efficient and accurate processing of invoices and allocation of paymentsAssist in the year end audit preparation process Handling miscellaneous tasks as needed to assist the finance team To be considered for this role you will have significant experience working within a large blue-chip organisation (open on industry) and have strong knowledge across both payroll, accounts payable and accounts receivable. You will also have excellent communication skills, a high attention to detail and enjoy mentoring, supporting and coaching a collaborative team.
