Description We are seeking an experienced and driven office manager for the position of Shared Services Lead, NSW working out of our Sydney office. This is a permanent, full-time position.

As the Shared Services Lead, NSW you'll play a crucial role in ensuring seamless operations across our NSW offices. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage the day-to-day office operations, and drive efficiency. Your focus will be on providing exceptional support to our employees and clients.

You'll lead the charge by: Team Development - Coaching and mentoring your team to meet company expectations and performance KPIs, ensuring everyone reaches their full potential.
Business Support - providing seamless support to the wider business, ensuring the provision of exceptional service to both internal and external clients
Procedure Optimisation - Reviewing administrative systems, policies, and procedures for greater efficiency.
Facility Management - Overseeing facility works, ensuring quotes are received, and maintenance issues are managed for planned works.
Stakeholder Relationships - Building and maintaining positive relationships with colleagues and stakeholders, fostering a collaborative environment.
Evolving needs - assisting office co- locations, new processes
Work across multiple offices in NSW - travel may be required
Partner with support functions including Finance, Health Safety and Security and Environment (HSSE), Human Resources (HR), and IT to implement and communicate initiatives, and processes
Coordinate new starters and departures
Responsible for compliance with quality, safety and environment policies and processes including assisting with audits when required
Work with local leadership to lead the NSW office communications, team briefings and staff events
