As a Shared Services Officer, you will contribute to the streamlined performance of the company's Accounts Payable processes.

What's the Role: As a key member of our finance team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and accurate processing of invoices, guaranteeing on-time payments, and contributing to precise cash forecasting.
Your responsibilities include maintaining meticulous Vendor Account Reconciliations, promptly addressing Accounts Payable queries from both vendors and internal departments and delivering exceptional customer service.
Additionally, you will spearhead recording and documenting all communications with vendors, ensuring up-to-date information.
Your role involves key contributions to continuous improvement initiatives within the finance team, handling employee expense reimbursements, and serving as a key user for Concur, our global travel and expense management system.
Join us in maintaining compliance with Bradken processes and policies, fostering collaboration with internal stakeholders, and contributing to the success of our month-end closing processes.
In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently handling suppliers' invoices, addressing inquiries and issues, managing employee reimbursements, and overseeing various Accounts Payable initiatives Key Technical Criteria: Diploma in Finance or Accounting or equivalent preferred Demonstrated experience as an Accounts Payable Officer or equivalent role Minimum of 3 years of experience in Accounts Payable Knowledge of the Local Taxation system is preferred This role is based out of Merlimau or Newcastle.
