This exciting role also involves ensuring customers receive friendly, professional and consistently high-quality service whilst achieving sales targets and service levels and meeting all compliance requirements
Key responsibilities include: Implement strategic direction and manage change in a fast-paced business Drive sales and service excellence across Shannons suite of products Lead and manage a customer focussed, high performance culture with a quality and cost-effective operation to meet customer, employee and shareholder objectives Advocate for the customer and community we serve; provide customer insights into the design of product and service offerings that continue to deliver on the brand's customer value proposition Support Shannons motoring enthusiast and community events. Skills & Experience: Minimum 8 years' experience in a related field Minimum 5 years' experience in insurance or financial services or contact centre environment Proven record of achievement of leading large teams in a customer service business Demonstrated ability to use customer insights and commercial acumen to drive sales performance and achieve profitable growth targets Advanced influencing skills across senior internal and external stakeholders.
