Expression of Interest - Project Managers Shamrock Civil is a privately owned civil construction company, delivering services to the Defence & Government sectors, gas and mining, transport infrastructure and commercial. Our team of more than 180 staff operate across offices in Brisbane, Townsville, Rockhampton, Adelaide, Melbourne and Darwin.
We are currently seeking Expressions of Interest for Project Manager positions across our offices, with opportunities to join our team in 2025. The Project Manager plays a vital role in overseeing project performance and ensuring successful project delivery.
You'll collaborate with various stakeholders, administer contracts, manage budgets, and uphold our commitment to quality, safety, and environmental standards. With ongoing work and a strong focus on safety, this position represents the opportunity to work amongst a welcoming and supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee the administration of head contracts and subcontracts to ensure effective execution. Develop and maintain comprehensive construction schedules, aligning with project milestones and deadlines. Monitor and manage project budgets, ensuring adherence to financial performance targets. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure successful collaboration. Ensure the implementation of quality, safety, and environmental standards throughout the project lifecycle. Provide support during the tendering process as needed, contributing to bid preparation and submission. Qualifications and Experience: General safety induction card. Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related fields. Minimum 7 years of project construction experience. Strong leadership, communication, and contracts management skills. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Project, and Vista. Knowledge of modern construction techniques and project methodologies.
